Our first rainbow litter is born
On Sunday the 22nd of June, Indie gave birth to her first ever litter! (Our C litter) A beautiful rainbow of a fawn boy, sorrel boy and blue girl.

We are super excited and this is a dream come true! It took years of planning to get a rainbow litter (getting the right cats with the right genes).
We are grateful for each one of them and that mom is doing so well with the kittens.

Tchai wins best cat on show at the WPCC show in May!
Tchai won the title of Overall Best Cat of the Day and Best entire of the day!
What does this mean? Of all 92 cats on show, he was judged the absolute best cat there! It is really a big honour because there were so many amazing cats on show. This was the first time an Abyssinian has won a show in a few years!

Tchai entered his first ever cat show and became a Champion, won Best breeding cat of the day, Best Abyssinian of the day, and also a prize for judges favourite cat of the day. The judges said he had " excellent body and substance, excellent profile and muzzle, excellent colour and excellent for his age (11 months)! Our B litter born on 1 Feb 2025
Arizona had her first litter of kittens (with Tchai as the dad and his first litter as well) on the 1 February 2025. She had the kittens on our bed haha. She has been an amazing mom and produced such beautiful loving and amazing babies, which we named Banjo, Brooklyn and Barcelona. They will go to their new homes in May.

Cat of the year 2024
We went to say hi to the mom of our cats, Supreme Champion Purrissimo Kisho of Abymoon, and some of the other Aby breeders at this year's cat of the year competition in Cape Town. Kisho looked so beautiful as always.
Nova's first cat show
We took Nova to participate in her first (and probably last) cat show organised by the Western Province Cat Club, their 130th show! Everyone loved her and commented how soft and shiny she is. She got her Premier status, but the judges said she is a bit overweight haha! But its so cold this winter, a girl has got to eat!
